Hi Joanne, yes it leans on the heavier side. After becoming a mother and considering the amount of things I have to bring out even if its just a 1hr trip, I’d think again before using this bag. However, the aesthetic appeal is 10/10. It’s a nice looking, sturdy leather bag afterall!
